Spacious rooms with great WiFi and a wide selection of free satellite TV channels. The rooms were large enough to feel comfortable and the WiFi worked well, which was really convenient for catching up on emails and staying connected. Plus, having a variety of TV channels to choose from, including ones with English audio, was a nice way to relax after a long day exploring the city.
The noise level in the room was unbearable. The lack of soundproofing and the noise from outside, including air conditioning vents and traffic, made it difficult to sleep.

The main Grand Duca Hotel is very comfy the residences are across the street and not a patch on the main hotel but looks as though it has only recently been taken over so may improve over time... But as it stands I would always go for the main hotel...

The location of the hotel was perfect for party people like us, with plenty of bars and clubs nearby to keep us entertained. the room was spacious and had great WiFi, perfect for streaming our favorite music. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, making getting ready for a night out quick and easy.
The noise level was unbearable at times, especially during the night. Despite wearing earplugs, I couldn't escape the constant noise from the air conditioning vents and other hotel guests.

We had a smooth city break with access to spacious rooms, reliable WiFi and a great selection of satellite TV channels. the location was convenient, situated close to key local attractions. Finally, we appreciated being able to relax in a peaceful environment after a busy day in town.
The noise level was unbearable at night with clunky air conditioning exhaust vents and persistent traffic noise disrupting our sleep. this noise was amplificated by the hotel's reflective surfaces, making it difficult to unwind.
